The Bono Regional Women's Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Mrs Dorothy Ama Amponsah through the office of the Wenchi Municipal Chief Executive Hon Dr Prince Kwakye Afiriyie on Thursday September 26,2019 donated 200 pairs of shoes to M/ A no.4 basic school in Wenchi.
The donation forms part of her 'One Child One Sandals' Project which was launched earlier this year.
Presenting the items on behalf of Mrs Dorothy Ama Amponsah and Hon Dr Prince Kwakye the Constituency Communications Officer of NPP in Wenchi Fahd Osman, Urged the beneficiary students to learn hard to become good citizens in future.
Headmaster of the school Mr. Francis Dekye received the items . The pupils were delighted after receiving the sandals thanked Mrs Dorothy Ama Amponsah and Dr Prince Kwakye Afiriyie for the gesture and promised to wear the sandals with proper care to last long .
