Briefing the aspirant and his supporters, the constituency director for election and research, Mr. Kwame Saara Mensah commended Nana Yaw Opoku Atuahene and his supporters for abiding rules governing the party and urged them to continue to do that to ensure peace and unity within the constituency.
He also appealed to them not to indulge in any form of insults and attack on their opponents.
There is no doubt that you are not a royal family of the party even you qualifies to pick forms to contest for the party's presidential candidate Mr. Saara Mensah noted.
Nana Yaw Opoku Atuahene thanked the election nomination committee and the constituency executives of the party in Wenchi for their hard work for bringing peace in the Wenchi constituency.
He pledged that he and his supporters will abide the rules and regulations governing the party's electoal process .
Nana Yaw Opoku Atuahene expressed his profound gratitude to some Electoral Area Coordinators and polling station executives for the confidence bestowed upon him to pick the nomination forms for him.
He therefore called on delegates to support him and vote for him massively to lead the party in the Wenchi constituency.
