Albert Ameyaw,one of the New Patriotic Party Parliamentary aspirants in the Wenchi Constituency of the Bono Region has presented sanitary kits to the Wenchi Methodist hospital to support the fight against Covid-19.
The items including, thirty pieces of hand sanitizers, four gallons of liquid soap, gloves, two Veronica buckets, two set of tissue papers.
The parliamentary aspirant hopeful also presented a cash of GH¢ 2,000.00 to the management of the facility.
Albert Ameyaw said the fight against the novel coronavirus pandemic was a shared responsibility adding that it is important for all to commit their little and their much to support the fight.
The medical officer at the Methodist hospital, Dr Boateng Bosomtwe received the items on behalf of hospital thanked Albert Ameyaw for the gesture..
In a related story officer in charge of auctions at the Ghana Revenue Authority,Customs Division Prince Akwaboah also presented about 1,000 pieces of hand sanitizers to same hospital.
Evans Oaei Gyasi presented the items on behalf of Prince Akwaboah.
