Eight more persons have died from COVID-19 shooting the death toll in Ghana to 66.
According to the Ghana Health Service, the total number of confirmed cases stand at 12,590 after 397 new ones were recorded as of June 17, 2020.
Meanwhile, 4,410 recoveries have been recorded leaving the active cases at 8,114, with 17 patients presently in a critical situation.
