
Compliance of COVID-19 safety protocols was outrightly disregard by some excited children at North Kaneshie last stop in Accra Friday as they lined up for their share of meat which was being distributed during the Eid-ul-Adha celebration.
None of the over 30 children had a face mask on, nor practiced social distancing which are among the safety protocols to protect one from contracting the novel coronavirus and spreading same.
Surprisingly, none of the elderly persons around could also ensure that the children practiced at least social distancing in this era of coronavirus pandemic.

Let us also take advantage of the period to counsel friends and family on the need to adhere to strict Covid-19 protocols of social distancing, wearing of masks, regular washing of hands and use of hand sanitizers,” the couple said in a statement.
Currently, Ghana has recorded active 3,223 COVID-19 cases and 182 deaths.
