The eight accused persons who are standing trial for conspiracy of High Treason and High Treason have been granted bail in the sum of GHc2 million with two sureties to be justified.
They are also to report to the Director of the National Intelligence Bureau(NIB) Mondays and Thursdays. They are also to deposit their passports in the registry of the court.
For ACP Agordzor and Col Gameli who are on charge of Abetment, they were granted GHc1 million bail sum with two sureties one to be justified.
They are among other things to deposit their passports to the registry of the court. They are also to report to their Commanders on Mondays and Thursdays.
The court presided over by Justice Afia Serwaa Asare Botwe asked the prosecution to file disclosure for a case management conference on the next court date.
Case adjourned to May 25, 2021.
