The riders were arrested for not wearing helmet, using unregistered tricycles among other things he added.  First and foremost we are looking for law breakers because you understand that the preventive aspect of our function is what we are trying to do, we don't want things to happen ASP Mr Kofi Amponsa Oduro said in an interview with Royals News Nana Anfreh Damanta.

He further noted that because these motorbikes riders don't wear helmets, they have no roadworthy certificates and they don't have insurance and rates of accidents involving motorbikes within the Municipality is alarming.
