Joe Danquah Wins Banda Constituency NPP Parliamentary Primaries

The NPP delegates in the Banda constituency have today 28th September, 2019 elected Hon Joe Danquah to lead the Party in the quest to unseat Ahmed Ibrahim of the NDC come  December 2020 general elections.

Joe Danquah pulled 100 votes to overtake his contenders, Paul Baffoe 64 votes, Dr. Opoku Felix 46, and Bintu Ibrahim Banda 5. There were a total of 215 valid votes  out of the 218 delegates.

All the other contenders pledged to support Joe Danquah's bid to win the  Banda seat for  the NPP come 2020 parliamentary and presidential elections.

Joe Danquah, in his victory speech, thanked all the delegates for their support and asked all to come on board to help in the party's bid to win the parliamentary and presidential elections for the NPP in 2020.

The Regional Chairman, Kwame Baffoe Abronye, promised that the party will support  Joe Danquah in every way possible to help him and constituency executives to win the 2020 general elections.
