Hand Over Mission Schools To Religious Bodies - Banda MP

The Member of Parliament for Banda Constituency, Hon Ahmed Ibrahim wants government to hand over mission schools across the country to the religious bodies.

The Deputy Minority Chief Whip in Parliament expressed the hope that a hand over will arrest declining moral standards in schools.

Honourable Ahmed Ibrahim made the statement on Sunday November 3,2019  when he donated 12,000  blocks to three different churches to build houses for their Residents Pastors in Banda Ahenkro the District Capital of the Banda District of Bono Region.

He reiterated that the tradition of discipline, hardwork and integrity that characterize the churches are needed in the country.

The beneficiary churches included the Christ Apostolic Church, the Assemblies of God Church, the Roman Catholic Church and the New Apostolic Church.

Reverend Father Alex Osei, the Head Priest of the Roman Catholic Church on behalf of the other churches thanked Hon Ahmed Ibrahim for supporting God's work.
